RORY GALLAGHER died in 1995, I'm reminded. Talk about time flying, it seems like only yesterday that I was stunned at the news. 14 June 1995 was the sad day, which seems like a good enough reason for me to indulge this evening. There are only three things anyone need know about him: he was a thoroughly nice chap, he could play the blues as well as anyone and he died much, much too young. This is one of my favs, indulge yourselves too ....

That's great.

I'm a huge fan of Rory's. I saw him live many times and live in Cork where he grew up.
