THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

BNP GOES ATOMIC!

The demonisation of the BNP continues with the news that BNP leader Nick Griffin has been refused permission to visit the Sellafield nuclear reprocessing plant in Cumbria on security grounds.

Mr Griffin said he wanted to visit the site, which sits within his North West European Parliament constituency, because he is pro-nuclear power.  But Sellafield Limited, which operates the site, said it was concerned about security and possible demonstrations.

Isn't this getting things the wrong way around? Griffin is PRO nuclear power, he is a legally elected Member of the European Parliament. The concern here must be directed at those strangely un-named "demonstrators" who pose a "security" risk? For him to be banned because of the threat posed by others is cowardly. I do not support the BNP nor do I like Griffin but I find this contrived alienation of his Party - which is pro-nuclear!

It doesn't say much for the security of Sellafield if Nick Griffen can cause a problem. As far as I recall aren't the British Nuclear Police always armed? Might deter a few demonstrators.

If Sellafield cannot protect an MEP from demonstrators and is concerned about security issues how are they supposed to defend the plant against attack from terrorists?

I fully agree. If a person wants to do something that is perfectly legal, in no way should this be stopped by demonstrators. If the demonstrators pose a risk, it is they that should be stopped. Mind you, if he was a Muslim, he'd be allowed to go around advocating the beheading of non-believers without any problems!

Madness, absolute madness. These demonstrators should be protesting against the butchers we have in Parliament who are sacrificing the lives of our boys in the God forsaken hellhole that is Afghanistan. What man with an iota of commonsense would imagine in his wildest dreams that peace and civilisation can be brought to a country such as Afghanistan. Meanwhile the slaughter of the innocents continues. Five today and the news held back until after the announcement of the reinstatement of Karsai as President. What a very sick joke if it weren't such a terrible tragedy for our boys.

In the meantime Nick Griffin, the only politician with a backbone to speak up, is still calling for the return of our boys and the idiots threatening to protest against his visit to Sellafield have won the day. It is nothing short of hearbreaking. When is this country going to wake up?

Totally agree, don't agree with the BNP on the race issue but do on other issues where they have views similar to unionists , conservatives, ukip etc . However the abject failure of other parties plus this witch hunt will only help the BNP especially now the Tories have shown their true colours on a Euro referendum
