DON 'T PANIC, IT'S THE BBC!
I'm sure our more discerning readers will have had a wry chuckle at the news that Mohammed Hamid (Great name, eh?) - one of the most senior terrorist recruiters in Britain - a man who called himself "Osama bin London" - was himself the subject of a BBC documentary called "Don't Panic I'm Islamic" broadcast in June 2005.
Hamid was recruited, by the BBC, from his stall on Oxford Street to represent ..ahem...the acceptable face of modern Islam. He was filmed, along with co-accused Mohammed al-Figari and 14 other men at a paintball centre in Tonbridge, Kent where they were seen ducking behind oil barrels and shooting at cut out figures before lining up to pray at the end of the day. The documentary was shot in February 2005 at the Delta Force centre because it was convenient for the TV crew but Hamid's group returned four days before the July 7 attacks, this time bringing with them Ramzi Mohammed and Hussain Osman, who went on to launch failed attacks on July 21. The producer returned to talk to Hamid as the July 21 gang were on the run and said he admitted knowing them and was "agitated, concerned, and worried", but the producer claimed her bosses took the decision not to notify the police.
The BBC - literally terrorist enablers?

My first thought is "unbelievable". But of course I have become numbed to the unmitigated leftist crap the BBC professes. Surely this must be the straw that closes the whole, disgraceful organisation down?
Close every mosque; stop ALL government funding of Islamic charities and "education" establishments; and send every last one of them, including their parents and grandparents back to the sandpits they came from.
David.
Not many are going to agree with me on this, but the BBC's biased and drug-fueled flirtation with the criminal classes and all things sordid and violent, may have it's roots in the number of gays that increasingly occupy and control the more 'contentious programmes' in the corporation.
For sure other TV channels are following suit; but the growing 'use' of women as presenters to 'front' stories on extreme violence both national & international, is increasingly becoming the norm.
I believe this is a subtle form of degradation and also a less subtle form of using them as 'fall-guys' in the event of things going wrong, while keeping themselves distanced from any harm or critical comeback.
It was the BBC that first started to report that the multiple killer and erstwhile gypsy, Levi Bellfield, was a woman-hater, whilst ignoring the fact he had a long-term girl friend.
The fact that Bellfield targeted women because they are easier to kill and unlikely to fight back, seems irrelevant to the BBC. It had to be, in their eyes, that he hated the opposite sex, which to me, fits in rather well with the gay agenda.
Bernard,
Are you perchance a young-earthist as well?
>> a man who called himself "Osama bin London" - was himself the subject of a BBC documentary called "Don't Panic I'm Islamic" <<
At last, a terrorist with a sense of humour!
>>at a paintball centre in Tonbridge, Kent where they were seen ducking behind oil barrels and shooting at cut out figures before lining up to pray at the end of the day.<<
There are also many folks down Daphne's way who do exactly the same thing regularly.
Bernard have you forgotten to take your medication again?
Oh dear, Bernard. *shakes head*

You and your Malapropisms.

You are in a mischievous mood today aren't you. That's the only explanation for your Tuesday 9.15pm comment.
Colm,
There are several other explanations.
