THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

INFLATING POLITICAL CORRECTNESS...

Armbands.jpgA sign of the times in which we live is manifest in the news that swimming pool staff in Dorset have been forbidden from lending armbands to children in case they get an infection from blowing them up.  The Council which imposed this ludicrous diktat says it was only following rules inssued by the Institute of Sports and Recreational Management. The ban also covers rubber rings. Leisure centres across Britain have been ordered to train staff how to "safely" give out armbands. Bureaucrats insist that staff would have to be retrained to follow safety rules - and so swimming pool bosses have decided it is easier to axe them.

So, better to allow kids to potentially drown than to offer them the use of armbands that might encourage them to learn to swim. Yeah, makes so much sense. My goodness, the little Hitler's in our Councils are out of control!

This is not pc fascism, it is health and safety fascism, which is insinuating itself into every aspect of our lives. I predict that a time will come when all street trees will be cut down, because falling leaves pose an obvious hazard when they get wet and slippery.

I wonder how much of this PC nonsense is brought on by the litigious society we live in. People will sue over anything these days and this does encourage some really stupid laws/rules etc being enforced by schools, councils and governments etc... Now im not saying that this is the case here though.

An example of this PC nonsense is that some schools in the ROI have banned kids from running in the school yard!!... in case they fall and hurt themselves... madness
