ISLAM TAKEAWAY
Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at 07:48AM Why do even BOTHER with prisons?
"Muslim prisoners at a maximum security jail were treated to £3,500 of takeaway curries to mark a religious festival. Some 200 inmates at Whitemoor prison near March in Cambridgeshire had meals worth around £18 each after complaining about the quality of jail food. Staff, who also tucked into the meals, drove 40 miles to pick them up from a takeaway in Peterborough. The meals were bought at the end of October this year to celebrate Eid, a Muslim holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Main dishes included lamb rogan josh and beef madras. A former non-Muslim inmate said: 'They tried to do the curries in-house but the prison chefs couldn't meet the budget of £1.80 per prisoner - and the Muslim inmates complained that it tasted rubbish."
Our dhimmified prison authorities have bent over backwards to accommodate Islam. I fail to see why. These are convicted criminals and not only should they forego their liberty but also Beef Madras!

I bet the prison authorities will be amazed when this bunch issue their next set of demands.
I wonder how nervous these authorities are. Maybe some good old fashioned Mr Mackays know that the prisoners ought to respect the authorities and that this cultural cringing inverts that relationship. But then the prison authority knows that the Home Office establishment will crush them if islamic prisoners aren't treated with sufficient deference.
Get'em a curry, or risk an inquiry, your job and pension?
Waht about pork madras! I thought most curry based dishes were from the Hindu tradition, not Muslim.
True. You won't find Beef Madras, or Beef anything, in any respectable Indian curry restaurant.
Completely off-topic, I know, but I just felt like saying it.
Anyway, IMO, beef just doesn't suit currying. Chicken is the best meat to curry. To enjoy beef at it's best, casserole it with carrot, onion and broccoli in a beef stock and ale sauce.

Drop the brocolli and replace it with garden peas.
