THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

JUST CRUISING..

I see that Tom Cruise, responding to news that Britain is counting the number of homosexual citizens it has in a new survey beginning in January, has called on the U.S. government to do the same.

As Cruise told talk show host Jimmy Kimmel last night: "I am tired of not knowing. I am tired of hearing numbers quoted all over the map from practically zero to only a few million, all of them certainly far less than I believe there are. I think it is, psychologically, now the time to try and do something about this." Kimmel had raised the subject in his opening monologue that evening but appeared dismissive of Cruise's support for the idea, saying: "I think such a census would prove to be a nightmare for any statistician."

Might be a nightmare but obviously the British government think this is SO vital an issue that it is prepared to waste money and resource determining it.  Is there ANYBODY out there who would place any confidence in the information obtained and who will bet that the size of the alleged gay community will "come out" at being about 10%  - in line with gay propaganda!

And what business is it of the State?

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11:28AM | Unregistered CommenterPete Moore

"And what business is it of the State?"

It's not what you think PETE

The State isn't counting poofs because it wants to complete a census.

It's counting them for Politically Correct motives.

Now the State requires about 1-out-of-10 stalls in a public toilet to be designated "Handicap" stalls.

If the State can prove 10% of the Brit population is "gay" then they install a Poof Potty for every 10 regular stalls.

You see according to the ergonomic regulations a "regular" stall isn't large enough to accomidate 2-gays people performing their particular mating ritual with out subjecting them to extreme discomfort and possibly long term spinal injuries. They could actually sue the State for discrimination.

That's why a "Poof Stall" will be a common sight in the future. It will be twice a big as a "normal" stall and contain a KY Jelly dispenser and a cushioned device along with non-slip hand grips above the toilet to help the she-male attain a comfortable and safe position without having to rely on gripping the possibly germ-laden toilet seat.

I hope I've answered your question satisfactorily PETE.

Eddie tooooo much info

Eddie - That was a completely unnecessary reply. Why do you find it necessary to make such remarks? It seems to say rather a lot about you.
As a "poof" I doubt it will come out at 10% - I have long suspected that that figure is too high - I would guess the real figure is closer to five per cent.

lol the irony of Cruise calling for a US queer census.

His career took off big time after staring in one of the Gayest movies of all time :)

And why would Tom Cruise want to know how many homosexuals there are ?. It is or should be of no relevence.

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 01:35PM | Unregistered CommenterColm

>>And why would Tom Cruise want to know how many homosexuals there are ?<<

Why should anybody, Colm?
If you saw a newspaper article heading: "Govt. finally releases statistics on number of homosexuals", would you really ignore it as being uninterresting/irrelevant or would you read the article?

I might well read it sure, but then again I would read loads of articles on matters that aren't really vital to know but just out of curiosity. My argument though is Tom Cruises statement that he is 'tired of not knowing'. Why ?. Should the numbers determin whether or not they are treated equally under the law
if you think they should, or alternatively if someone thinks homosexuality is immoral and opposes gay marraige or civil partnerships for instance would statistics change their minds ?

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 01:54PM | Unregistered CommenterColm

>>Should the numbers determin whether or not they are treated equally under the law<<

None of us know (or probably care) why Cruise would like to find out. Hoverer, those against allowing gays equal rights often base their argument on the spurious claim that there are so few gays around that their number doesn't justify any change in law, etc. For this reason statistics are important, even on such issues. If it were recognised that a significant portion of the population is being debarred from certain services that they pay for, it could be a first step towards righting some obvious wrongs.
Numbers matter in a democracy. You can't change laws for individaul cases, but the Kinsey report was one example of a statistical survey that showed that popular attitudes, and consequently laws, were ignoring signifiant parts of the population and thus needed to be changed. And change they did.

I don't agree. If some people wish to see certain sectors of the population discriminated against on the basis of the smallness in numbers then you don;t argue against that false premise by statistical response , you do so by claiming how irrelevent it is. Whether there are 2 million gays or just 2 gays in the whole population they are entitled not to be discriminated against in law. Besides, given the nature of sexuality as oppose to something like Race or gender, how could any such statistics be relied upon as a truth. I don't think you would get an honest number.

I wonder if the comment from the article :- the "very small" number of people who say they do not fit into the first three groups." is to be taken literally or metaphorically!

Golly JAZ

I won't sleep tonight after reading your sanctimonious note of chastisement.

Hear me and hear me good: JAZ

I calls 'em as I see's 'em JAZ

AND

I make no excuses for the way I calls 'em.

I'm not politically correct nor am I one to refrain from saying/typing EXACTLY what I think.

I'm basically your 100% caustic, racist, bigot according the Liberal whiners.

After all, I have to read/listen to all the Left wing apologists and their P.C. rhetoric so I don't see why it should be a one-way-street.

'Eddie - That was a completely unnecessary reply. Why do you find it necessary to make such remarks'

Reminds me of Larry Craig making a sppech.

If you were going by the number of threads on here its over 10%! Why is it those so opposed to it from certain Churches to certain political ideologies are those containing large numbers of them! Usually after they are dead, somebody will claim they had to fight them off.Like Leo MCKinstry and poor old Jim Kilfedder. Jim had a "close " relationship with another Unionist MP,who was in tears on the day of his death when interviewed on the Radio. Everybody knows who iam talking about. But then nothing is surprising to me. In the mid 60s a certain female "revolutionary " had a British Army lover. The Army didnt arrive in 68/69 a contngent was always based in Ulster, and we all looked upon it as the cushiest of postings up until the late 60s!

Whever there is a thread about homosexuality you always mention without fail deceased gay unionist politicians. Why ?

LOl no comment!

Yeah ! He could have mentioned Danny Morrison.

( NOT me by the way )

Is Danny Morrison deceased ?

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 07:39PM | Unregistered CommenterColm

No, but he's a fag !

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 07:41PM | Unregistered CommenterBored Danny

'No, but he's a fag !'

Maybe.

It is fair to point out though Danny is also a married man with two grown up sons.

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 07:48PM | Unregistered Commenterpinky

Oh dear, another thread on ATW that could be legally dodgy ;)

Oh dear, another thread on ATW that could be legally dodgy ;)

Poor Danny has been maligned with these Unionist- driven rumours formany years. I am sure he is well past caring.

"I'm basically your 100% caustic, racist, bigot".
Well I admire a man who recognises his own shortcomings.

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 09:31PM | Unregistered CommenterJaz

I agree with David that the results would be worthless as it would be 10% on the nose. Counting gays, now I've heard it all!

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 09:48PM | Unregistered CommenterCharles in Texas

Just as well the Government aren't counting Fag 'butts'..... there's thousands of them lying around shop / office doors and on the pavements of our towns and villages....

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 10:19PM | Unregistered CommenterWilliam

For starters, would we value Tom Cruise's input on any topic? Of course not,he is an intellectual lightweight.

Second, would we value Tom Cruise's input on any topic?

And third....

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11:06PM | Unregistered Commentermahons

..what about Katie Holmes, I would value her opinion.

Saturday, December 27, 2008 at 11:45PM | Unregistered CommenterDavid Vance

David - I laughed at that (after a six hour drive with one year old twins I am amazed laughter is an option). However, of Ms. Holmes' attributes, I can not say her opinion would be at the top of my list.

Leo McKinstry is married as well.

Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 01:14AM | Unregistered Commenteraileen

What's really creepy is that believe Tom Cruise actually talked about homosexuals on the Jimmy Kimmel show. Check the actual show on Youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jQjSuEzALM). This is fake and a complete invention and you could have found out in less than a minute.

Sunday, December 28, 2008 at 01:40AM | Unregistered CommenterLes

Aileen just type Jim Kilfedder into google, there you will find McKinstrys comments re Kilfedders advances.
It was McKinstry himself who went public on it!
