THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

NO CONGESTION CHARGES...

Congestion charging in Northern Ireland's towns and cities would be welcomed by many business leaders, a survey has found. The Institute of Directors survey examined attitudes to transport infrastructure and congestion. Of those surveyed, 44% said they would be happy with congestion charging. Well bully for them and I am so happy that they want to pay more road tax but I say NO to these charges.

It's funny how these things are pitched by the messenger. Let's revert to the usual BBC:

Congestion charging in Northern Ireland's towns and cities would be welcomed by many gouty white men in BMWs, a survey has found.

The Institute of Directors survey examined attitudes to transport infrastructure and congestion.

Of the fat-cat businessmen surveyed, 44% said they would be happy with pricing the poor off the roads.

That's better.

Bollocks to them in their chauffeur driven limos.

It sucks and it's a stealth tax that hits the poor hardest.

Livingstone should be stretched across the junction at Holborn medieval style and then run over a dozen times til he becomes part of the tarmac for unleashing this stupid idea on GB and NI.

I support more congestion charges in buzy urban areas and higher charges. Most people don't need their cars in the cities and should be priced into using public transport.
