THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

NOT WAVING, DROWNING!

The 2008 award for brass-neck of the year has to go to UK PM Gordon Brown. In his New Year message to us peasants, it appears he will once more seek to portray himself as a Churchillian figure, leading us out of a crisis not seen since the Second World War!

He states;

"So that we will eventually look back on the winter of 2008 as another great challenge that was thrown Britain's way, and that Britain met. Because we had the right values, the right policies, the right character to meet it."

Cue Land of Hope and Glory, or maybe the Red Flag?

Brown is a Walter Mitty style fantasist, who is seeking to rewrite history. The fact is that it was Brown who presided over and even encouraged the debt-led property based frenzy which has now so undermined the British economy. It was Brown who claimed to have abolished boom and bust. He said that during the boom but has been a tad quieter since the bust turned up!

He has imposed huge cost on wealth-creating business and now not a day goes by without thousands of private sector workers losing their jobs. Brown carries the can for the state in which our Nation now finds itself and 2009 will see this manifest in what I forecast will be another MILLION people heading for the unemployment register and our private business sector is being turned into a waste-land.

Still, the Great Leader sees this as a challenge that only he, and his policies, can meet. Seeing as how it was he, and his policies, that got us into the mess, who would believe a word this bozo says?

Pride comes before a fall.

You have to admit it, there are shades of Nicolae Ceaucescu in the way Brown is preening and parading himself about.

The free world lives in hope of his immanent demise.

Brown has done very well out of the financial crisis which he brought about. He has been very fortunate not to have any opposition willing to point out his role in destroying Britain's economic base.
