OLD HABITS DIE HARD....
Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 07:37PM Did you read that two former IRA prisoners have been accused of blackmailing two businessmen to get a share of £6m, a Southwark Crown Court has heard. Nick Mullen, 60, from Acton, west London, was once alleged to have been a "quartermaster" at an IRA bomb factory. His co-accused Ronald McCartney, 55, from Belfast, was convicted of trying to kill three policeman in the 1970s. The London court was told that they demanded the men pay £150,000 each "or face the consequences". Both deny two counts of conspiracy to blackmail.
Oh, bless. Two old IRA thugs just doing what comes naturally, allegedly. Why didn't they stand for election here in Northern Ireland, rely on the insurrectionist vote, and get on the gravy train here. Stupid as well as thugs?

Why not return home and get a job as an "education officer" with the "Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission". Monica Mc Williams of said commission having appointed Deirdre Mcaliskey to such a post.
Dominic Mcglinchey whose coffin was carried by Bernadette and Roisin Mcaliskey knew all about depriving people of their human rights. Still Bernadette who gave the funeral oration described him as "the finest Republican the struggle has ever produced" and maintained a straight face when she said"he never attacked civilians" Well they say Hitler liked children and dogs?
