THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

Can America Trust the BBC?

"I do remember... the corridors of Broadcasting House were strewn with empty champagne bottles. I'll always remember that", Jane Garvey, BBC Five Live, May 10th, 2007, recalling May 2nd, 1997.

SPECIAL BRANCH?

It's the gargantuan stupidity of it all.

"For nearly 30 years, Michael Joseph lent a green-fingered hand to his elderly neighbours. As a regular gesture of goodwill, the retired bank manager volunteered to tend to a vigorous hedge between their properties. But when his grateful neighbours moved away, so did the mutual understanding. After Mr Joseph, 61, took care of the annual pruning last month, his new neighbour reacted less positively - by calling the police. Officers turned up at his house, leaving Mr Joseph concerned that he could face being charged with criminal damage."

My question is did the local police have nothing better do do than to pursue SUCH an utterly pointless low priority telephone call? Surely there must be greater priorities than stressing out this good neighbour? All he did was tend to a hedge in an act of good neighbourliness! The Police, in my view, should be ashamed of themselves.

Yes I think the police were right to turn up... then they should have arrested the miserable looking Mrs Jones. She's a sight for sore eyes isn't she ?

PS - Top marks for the title.
