THE PRICE OF REWARDING TERRORISM

You do not defeat terrorism by rewarding terrorists, regardless of how many bleeding heart liberals argue otherwise. Want to know where that flawed approach leads to? Read UNIONISM DECAYED 1997-2007 - It's my first book and it explains what happens when you seeek to appease terrorists and call it peace. It's available right now for ATW readers so make sure you get your copy by emailing the editor! This is the book that dissents from the herd mentality that doing wrong can lead to being right. It doesn't and this book spells out WHY.

Can America Trust the BBC?

"I do remember... the corridors of Broadcasting House were strewn with empty champagne bottles. I'll always remember that", Jane Garvey, BBC Five Live, May 10th, 2007, recalling May 2nd, 1997.

THE ROAD TO RUIN....

It strikes me that our current Government HATES the motorist. It must be the idea of us driving where and when we want to that drives the control freaks mad!

Comes the news that despite an unprecedented mass protest by 1.8million drivers who signed an online Downing Street petition against the scheme, under plans revealed by roads minister Stephen Ladyman (Yes, apt name)yesterday, the nation’s road network would be carved up into four zones, each with its own tax rate applied to every mile travelled by drivers in the area. Even journeys on rural roads would attract a charge — estimated at around 2p per mile. Meanwhile, city-centre motorists would face shelling out up to £1.34 for every mile they drove under the proposals. Ministers hope the plans will counter fears that road charging will turn Britain into a Big Brother society, as cars would not need to be fitted with inch-by-inch satellite tracking technology. Instead, vehicles would be equipped with a device to record how many miles they had travelled and at what time.

It's time we rose up and threw off the shackles of NuLabour. This imposition of a nation-wide road tax on those who travel by car is iniquitous and we cannot accept ANY version of it.
